Simon Cooke
Installation and Maintenance Engineer
I’m Simon Cooke, I’ve been with Reflex for 5 years working as a service, installation and maintenance engineer.
I’ve been OEM trained on the Parcelcube weighing and measuring product range, ensuring we understand our customer needs before we arrange to demo or install the equipment.
I am also experienced on a wide range of label printers such as Zebra, Toshiba, Sato and Honeywell.
I’m trained and experienced on the installation and maintenance of the Reflex range of label applicators and print and apply machines.

External Sales Manager
Hi, I’m Shane George. I’m the External Sales Manager at Reflex Systems, having joined the business in March 2025. I support our partner businesses by providing best-practice advice and offering both day-to-day and technical support.
With a background in packaging and warehousing, I’ve seen the benefits of Parcelcube firsthand since day one — and it’s great to have such an innovative solution as part of our product range.
